Enterprise
Tuna works with companies that need more than a self-serve account. Contact us to talk about what your team needs. These are some of the options.
Single Sign-On
Single sign-on (SSO) lets your team sign in to Tuna with the work accounts managed by your company. The service that manages those accounts is called an identity provider, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or Okta.
Tuna uses WorkOS for sign-in and supports SSO through SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language). SAML is a standard that lets your company's identity provider send Tuna a signed confirmation that a member has signed in. Contact us to set up SSO for your organization.
Signing in with a Google account is separate from setting up Google Workspace SAML SSO. A SAML connection lets your company's administrator control who can sign in to Tuna through that connection.
Teams can also use Tuna without SSO or SAML. Invite teammates to a shared organization, and each person signs in with their own account. This does not require an enterprise plan.
Billing in Arrears
Self-serve organizations are prepaid. They add credit first, and requests are paid from the balance. Enterprise customers can instead be billed in arrears, with an invoice for what they used after each billing period. See Billing.
Tuna tracks usage with Metronome, a usage billing service. On an enterprise plan, you can see the cost of each request as recorded there.
Higher Rate Limits
Rate limits normally grow with your balance. Enterprise customers can agree on limits that fit their traffic. See Rate limits.
